We use the latest procedures that are essential in properly repairing, modifying, or remanufacturing all types of process valves.
Each valve that is received for repair is assigned a Shop Order Number. Once assigned the number, that identification stays with the repair throughout the entire Quality Assurance Program. When the repair is completed, written documentation of the repair is provided to the customer.
Each valve is disassembled in accordance with the manufacturer's procedures. As found conditions are all documented with photographs. At this point the customer is notified of the repair and the recommendations of whether the valve should be repaired or replaced.
